Alright this week was super good. My companion and me worked super hard, and it is starting to pay off. I am so grateful! We have been teaching lots of great people and they are progressing really good. The week before last week I was on a companion exchange with another missionary. We found a huge house with an American flag (It sparked a little love and pride for my country) So of course we had to go find out who lived in the house. We found this lady who said we could come by the next week. So last monday we passed by and I met this guy that is super, super cool. He's half American half Chilean. He speaks english and uses $100 bills to make a fire because he is fithy rich....Hahaha!!  But he is so cool and he wants us to keep coming by! Also we have and investiagator that wants to be our mamita which would be really good becuase that means we can pass by her house everyday and share a message with her if see ends up being it! She is awesome!

right now we are in week 5 of this transfer and transfers are going to be in one more week so we will see what happens but everything is good here in Chile! working hard! Thank you so much family and friends for all you love and support!
bueno bueno ! pero tengo poquito tiempo hoy día y tengo que salir ahora! pero te amo mucho!

Alright, so this week was a little crazy and probably one of the most difficult weeks of the mission. Last monday when we got home our house had been robbed with a ton of stuff taken! All my bags where opened and searched. There were clothes everywhere! It was crazy! The police came over and everything. So this week started off a little rough, and everything seemed like a big trial! I was wondering why in the world The Lord would let his servants be robbed.  Then I was reading the Book of Mormon and a came across chapter 16 of nephi verses 15-31 and I learned that we need to have trials, downfalls and problems. We need to experience hard things in life, so that we can enjoy the good. When we experience very difficult challenges and then very sweet blessings we develop a desire to always do what is right so that life is better. Our baptism fell through. But it's all good; because we only moved it back a week so he could be more prepared to take on the name of Christ.  Which makes me happy becuase our investigator was happy to change the date and wasn't mad or anything.  Which shows he knows the importance of the covenant. Anyways; thank you so much family for all you love and support I am so grateful for all of you and your examples for me! Keep living the gospel!  It is the best thing in the world! :)

Hola todo mí familia y amigos como estas?
I hope everyone liked the video becuase this week I had no time to make one. But this last week has been super, super good! My companion and I have been working so, so very hard it's so great! This week I have seen so, so many miracles it is unbelievable! This last week we contacted a woman in the street and she said that we could pass by on Sunday. So we passed by, and we learned that they have just moved here to Valdivia and that they are very religious. We taught them the restoration and invited them to be baptized and they were so excited. They both acepted and before we could invite them to church on Sunday they asked us when we meet and they said they will for sure be there! I am so glad we made that first contact! I can definetly see that The Lord puts those in our way who are are prepared!  We also contacted a girl who is probably 22-23 years. At first she felt embarrased to talk to us. But in the end she had so many questions that we were able to answer. We also taught her the restoration, and she was blown away! I have have about 3 other stories of miracles that happened this last week solely through contacts! Unfortunately I no time to type all of the stories! All I know is that The Lord is so, so very watchfull of every single one of his children and that if we are doing all that we can do he will always bless us. Sometimes it's hard to see those blessings in our lives and sometimes we aren't seeing them becuase we arent doing the things to receive them. Like I said earlier, that the lord puts in our way those who are prepared. But it is also the same with the blessings in life. Really all the blessings are there to for us to take.and all of these people that are ready to hear the gospel. The Lord is going to provide opportunities for us to pass by them in the street. BUT, if we never talk to those people we are rejecting people The Lord has put in our way to teach. Or in life if we don't go out and do our part to get those blessings we are simply rejecting all that God has to offer! Bueno, that is my notes for the week. Family, I am so so very grateful for this time which I have had to serve the lord up until now. I know that really it is the only way to true happiness in this life. To do all that The Lord commands. The scriptures say that if we do what The Lord commands that He will bless us 10 times more than what we have done. Honestly I don't think there is a better offer. I don't think that there is another option. We have been given so much and he will continue to bless us as we do his will. I hope all that read this that are considering serving a mission, that you make the choice and do it. It will truly bless your life forever. Thank you so much friends and family! I love you all so so very much!

Last week Brandon sent a video.  It took me all week long to figure out how to post it.

It has been a little while since I wrote my last letter because not much has been happening in my new sector but I have been so so very busy! Please forgive me.

This last week was so, so wonderful! I had my FIRST CHRISTMAS away from home but it wasn't very hard at all. In fact it didn't feel like christmas a bit here in chile! It's very hot right now where I am and the people aren't as big on christmas as they are in the states! At the same time christmas was very wonderful because we had the opportunity to focus and remeber the birth of the Lord!

This week I also have so big news I recieved a call Sunday that I am getting TRANSFERED! I will be going to a place called Valdivia this Thursday! my sector is called Calle-Calle. I have had about 6 weeks here in frutillar! which is crazy! I still feel like I dont know this place at all!

This last week we taught an investiagator that is about 70 years old if not older. The missionaries have been teaching him for a little bit of time but he hasnt been progressing.  He is extremely hard to teach because he loves to talk about whatever in the world comes to his mind. So we focused on the restoration and the prophet joseph smith.  We invited him to pray to know if it is true and he told us that he has prayed numerous times and hasnt gotten anything. We told him that we are going to pray with him. The moment we did it was so wonderful! After he told us that it was the first time in a long time that he got on his knees to pray. He gave a humble prayer and very specificly asked to know if the church is true, if joseph smith was a prophet of God, if the book of mormon is true and if Jesus visited the Americas. We then invited him to continue to pray on his knees with true intent every time. It was so so spiritual and we are returning to visit him tomorrow!

Anyways, everything has been super good.  The mission is going by extremely fast. I can hardly believe it! I am so grateful family for everything you do for me.  The love and support means so very much and I am so greatful for it everyday!

Frutillar is said to be like Geneva Switzerland
